WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) – Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner will release later this morning details of the White House plan to overhaul corporate taxes, which includes lowering the top rate for corporations to 28% from 35%. The proposal also would require U.S. companies for the first time to pay a minimum tax rate on their foreign earnings.
